No, each user may hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts may result in those accounts being suspended and any balance and bonuses in them being forfeited. bd369 enforces this rule strictly to maintain a fair and safe gaming environment.
If you forget your password, use the "Forgot Password?" option on the bd369 login page. A verification code will be sent to your registered mobile number. Use the code to set a new password. If you still have trouble with this method, contact our 24/7 live chat support — assistance is available in Bengali.
Account verification generally requires a government-issued ID (national identity card or passport) and verification of your registered mobile number. Once verification is complete, the withdrawal process becomes faster and more secure. Submit your documents and our team will review them promptly.

Absolutely. bd369 supports deposits and withdrawals through all three popular mobile banking methods — bKash, Nagad and Rocket. The minimum deposit for each method is ৳200. All transactions are secure and encrypted.
Withdrawals from bd369 are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Having your account verified speeds up the process. There may be a slight delay due to bank holidays or other reasons, but that is the exception rather than the norm.
bd369 does not impose any transaction fees of its own. However, bKash, Nagad or Rocket may apply a small service charge according to their own policies. For the latest fee information, check the relevant payment provider's app or website.
If your withdrawal request has been processing for more than 45 minutes, contact us via live chat. Having your transaction ID or reference number on hand will help resolve the issue faster. Our support team is active 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
After a successful payment, it can sometimes take a minute or two for the balance to update. Try refreshing the page. If it still has not updated after 5 minutes, contact live chat with a screenshot of the payment or your transaction reference.
GAMES
Games and How to Play
bd369 offers the opportunity to place bets on BPL or IPL matches both before the match and during it (live). Before the match starts you can bet on markets such as winner, toss, total runs or over/under. Odds change continuously in live betting, so stay attentive. Always verify the odds and amount before confirming a bet.
Yes, bd369 is fully mobile-optimized. The site works smoothly from the browser of any Android or iOS smartphone — no separate app download is needed. Slots, fishing games, cricket betting and live casino all run normally on mobile.
RTP is a theoretical percentage that indicates how much a game returns on average over the long term. For example, an RTP of 96% means that for every ৳100 wagered, an average of ৳96 is returned as prizes — but this is not a guarantee for any single session. Each round is independent and outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG).
Yes. bd369's live casino section features games from reputable providers such as Evolution Gaming and Ezugi, where you can play live roulette, blackjack, baccarat and many more games in real time via video streaming with real, trained dealers.
If a round is in progress when the connection drops, most games will automatically settle that round according to the game server's rules. Once you reconnect, you will see the round result and any winnings reflected in your account. Contact support if you experience any issues.
Aviator is a crash-style game by Spribe. A plane takes off and a multiplier gradually increases. You need to cash out before the plane crashes. The longer you wait, the higher the multiplier — but the risk also increases. If you do not cash out before the crash, you lose your bet.
BONUSES
Bonuses and Promotions
A 100% bonus is available on your first deposit at bd369, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. This means if you deposit ৳5,000 you will receive an additional ৳5,000 as a bonus. To withdraw this bonus, the total amount (deposit + bonus) must be wagered 25 times. Visit the terms and conditions page for full details on bonus terms.
A wagering requirement is the total amount you need to bet before you can withdraw a bonus. For bd369's welcome bonus this requirement is 25x. For example, if you receive a ৳2,000 bonus you will need to wager a total of ৳50,000 before withdrawing. Contribution towards the wagering requirement may vary by game.
bd369's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver and Gold. Your tier increases through regular gaming. Bronze members can enjoy up to 0.3% cashback per week, Silver members up to 0.5%, and Gold members up to 0.8%. Moving to a higher tier unlocks additional exclusive benefits.
VIP cashback is generally added to your bd369 wallet at a set time each week. Cashback is calculated based on your total net losses from the previous week. If you do not see your cashback for a particular week, contact us via live chat.

These offers are available for a limited time, so check the bd369 platform regularly for the latest promotions.
